Pedro ‘Lil Pete’ Duran will make his return this February 28 out in Rosarito, Mexico

 

ROSARITO, Mexico (Feb 25, 2015) - Pedro ‘Lil Pete’ Duran (9-0, 6 KO’s) will make his return this February 28th when he steps into the ring for 6 rounds as part of the undercard where Jackie Nava (31-4-3, 13 KO’s) will defend her WBA/WBC world titles against Mayra Gomez (16-3, 4 KO’s).

 

The event is being promoted by Francisco Beltran’s, Promociones Zanfer and will take place at the Centro de Convenciones of Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico.

 

The event also consists of a title fight as Kenia Enriquez (13-0, 6 KO’s) will be defending her WBO flyweight title for the first time against Melissa McMorrow (9-5-3, 1 KO).

 

In collaboration with Promociones Zanfer, Azteca Promotions continues to work hand in hand  bringing exciting fights south of the border. “We have worked and continue to work together with Zanfer to bring boxing fans what they want, exciting high adrenaline fights” says Azteca Promotions president, RIchard Mota. “This February 28th will be no different when Lil Pete steps into that ring and showcases his talents to the people of Rosarito”.

 

Duran last stepped into the ring on December 20th as he defeated his opponent via TKO 6 seconds into the second round out in Phoenix, AZ.
